Risk and Compliance Analyst, Santo Domingo

• Perform regular compliance auditing, monitoring and documenting activities focusing on topics outlined on our Internal Risk and Compliance tracker ensuring any non-compliance is reported timely

• Ensure audit readiness and coordinate activities during external/internal audits while managing remediation plans of audit findings

• Develop a current knowledge base of applicable laws, regulations, cases and business operations for internal Compliance policy and procedures

•Examine policies, procedures, tools and practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and implement any needed changes

•Assist in the development and presentation of compliance training specific to compliance area with regular updates on changes and impact on current processes

• May work on special projects as needed• At least 2 Years of Experience on the quality control/compliance industry

• Bachelors Degree Preferred

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables

• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships – Administración
