At Cre8 AI we connect companies with AI, technology and talent. We are a California based company that hosts webinars, online events and interviews for a variety of industries discussing, promoting and analyzing the impact of artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation.
Currently, we are looking for an Admin who can help us coordinate interviews, online events, follow up on conversations with eventsÂ’ participants.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing and not afraid of having conversations with industry leaders and professionals with the purpose of providing support to our companyÂ’s strategies.
Â• Maintain prospectsÂ’ database with the purpose to maximize the queue set for companyÂ’s marketing.
Â• Enter all the campaign data on SharePoint (data entry).
Â• Research prospectsÂ’ profiles using the methodology instructed by the campaign manager (companyÂ’s sizes, open positions, contactsÂ’ years with the company).
Â• Tag campaign data as instructed. Categorize campaign data, clean up the data.
Â• Coordinate calls and follow ups with participants, prospects, founders and partners.
Â• Work with executives to manage scheduling tasks, reminders and/or events.Requirements:
Â• Excellent communication skills (English, written and spoken). Must maintain a fluent and coherent conversation with other peers.
Â• 0-2 years of experience required.
Â• Great energy with the disposition to always learn new things.
Â• Highly dependable, organized and detail oriented.
